Our Process in 3 Easy Steps

We offer both in-person and online consultations to help you understand our process better. During the consultation, we'll assess the time required and the value of your merchandise to create a tailored plan that meets your needs.

We will then determine a plan of action to pickup the items around your schedule. We then take it to our storage facility where it will be cleaned and tested (if needed), listed on the best marketplace, sold, then shipped to the end customer. We take care of customer service from there.

Now that your items have sold, we will generate a sales summary report for your items, and then discuss a payout process best customized to your needs.
